Last Airbender Avatar 6 Action Figures

These are 6 Last Airbender Avatar action figures I spotted at the thrift shop. Two are 9-11 inches tall, four are 6-7 inches tall. The tall figures are Air Bending Aang and Prince Zuko. The short figures are Avatar Ruko (blue), King Bumi, Admiral Zhao,War Paint Sokka. Unfortunately, the items these action figures hold are NOT included. Regardless, these are exceptional figures by Mattel 2005, 2006.

Halloween Children Books Encourage Reading

This is a quick show and tell of three Halloween related books. I have many books I want to review, especially children's books. The bottom line in any review for kids is that more books are better. Theme books that are timely and match interests that children have are even better.

Postcards Quest Review Vintage Collectible

These are a small set of postcards I picked up at a tag sale on Friday. They are a simple example of the types of postcards I look for to resell. None of these are in pristine condition, but they are collectible for the genre. Trade cards can be hard to come by; which are advertising cards for different products. I like Valentines and cards depicting native peoples. Photograph postcards can be a big draw based on their content. These are very early 20th century postcards.

NASA Astronauts Shuttle Chroma Key How To

This is a photo of NASA astronauts Jack Lousma and Gordon Fullerton I bought at a tag sale recently. It is from shuttle orbital test 3. Also, this video is my first attempt at understanding chroma key. It was pretty simple to select out the green in the video overlay track. The biggest lesson is that more light and fewer edge shadows makes the process easier. I did notice that the chroma key filter does make the video more grainy.

Tag Sale Foundry Update 02

Updating my progress in creating my channel for tag sale finds and other cool stuff. I have my blog up, my channel up, and a number of videos up. I have plenty of ideas and items to share. As I proceed, I hope to work out lighting and camera placement, along with better equipment to do close up photography. For larger items I will need another studio corner.

I appreciate everyone who is here at the start of my endeavor. This is a long term project for me and I look forward to feedback and inquiries.
