Scarab Paperweight Egyptian Ceramic Resin

This is a large scarab paperweight. I prefer to see it as a work of art. It appears to be a fired ceramic and has a slight ring to it when tapped. I am not entirely sure how it was made. It may have been partially cast and partially carved. At some point the scarab was broken. This may have happened during manufacturing. All of the pieces are nicely super-glued back together. Under close examination one can see the seams, otherwise the piece is quite attractive. It took a lot of work to create this piece. I think it is a contemporary, colored to have an antique patina. About 3 inches long. If this paperweight is made of a resin material, it is quite hard and crisp.

Fitz Floyd Love Cube Block Paperweight 1970s FF

This Fitz and Floyd ceramic paperweight has some nice heft to it.  It is classic 1970s décor.  Four sides have a single letter, L O V E, and the top has the full word Love.  The condition is very nice.  The FF label is on the bottom; made in Japan.  The block is 2.5 inches across each side.
