Before there were Chia Pets, there were seed
starters. These things have been around
for a long time. This is a circus
monkey's head pottery piece and it has been used to start seed; no doubt a
fuzzy top for the monkey. The face paint
is intact and this piece is in nice condition, albeit used. There are no markings on the bottom. This monkey head seed starters are hard to
come by; a rare find. He stands a bit
more than 5 inches tall.
I grabbed this guy as soon as I saw him at a tag sale. I go for unique, especially the sort of unique that others do not know what to do with.
